Development of modern building construction, including window systems, forced manufactirers to make more improved goods. In order to provide high quality, the modern machinery is required. The quality of the machines, automation of production process, improvement and material saving processes connected with it as well as increase of effectiveness comprise the main activity of the "Bajcar" company in the field of production. Production as a whole is realized on two twin production lines - the standard production line and the extra production line which deals with the non standard orders (doors, slants, orders in colors). Production of integrated glass panes takes place at a separate production line. By this short presentation of technical equipment at particular stages of the production process, we would like to describe our production potentital. Flexible systems of production and management enable effective implementation of subsequent stategic objectives of our company. Recent years have been the period of intensive changes. Facing increased customer requirements, the Company continiuosly develops and improves its range of products.

The stage of cutting sections and steel reinforcement

profile The material for particular cutting stands is delivered on pallets by an overhead crane with a swing truck. Delievered material is cut with 4 new two-head saws which in addition to standard options have options of neutralization and guarantee correctness of input size. Additionally, for control pursposes, magnetic reading of the length which controls drive of the engine of cutting head is mounted as well. All functions are comuputer controlled. Data are input from a diskette and quite soon the input by profile means of a LAN card will be introduced. Cutting of bracing is done by means of a disc saw. Innovative solutions of the feeding table to cut single as well as complete packets of steel brackets are worth mentioning.

The stage of reinforcement, processing of sections, milling and boring

profile A this stage, the centre for processing of sections was created. Transport of material between particular work stands is executed by a system of suspended transport trucks (so called carousell circulation of materials) which eliminates neccessity of application of many transport trucks covering huge production area and making the arrangement of production orders difficult. At the output, there are elements of windows profile with introduced and fixed steel reinforcement and neccessary mounting and technological openings such as: drain, ventillation and handle openings. The equipment applied at this stage provides for faultless and high quality make.


The stage of sealing of sections

profile This most important element of the production process is relized ar the section sealing stand. Four head AKS 1600 sealing machines by Urban liquidated our bottleneck, often faced by many PVC windows producers, thanks to their reliability and effectiveness. All paratemters such as: sealing temperature, heating time, pressure on a section can be set on these sealing machines, while sealing temperature profile is at all times automatically controlled and the time of sealing is set up automatically depending on the cross-section of the frame. Postioning of sections is also done electronically. The whole is completed by control enabled by means of network connection which makes it possible to cooperate with other equipment.

Time of cleaning the seals

After sealing of particular frames and wings, the corners of the window profile frames and wings are cleaned by cleaning machines equpped additonally with upper and lower cleaning mills which clean the groove for a gasket and a hydraulic floating knife which cleana the pane scarf.

The stage of fitting

Such processed elements are transferred to fitting tables. The window wings are fitted on Urban FAS 250 tables which can be tilted. The area equipped with a screwing profile unit for ferrules at horizontal levels and in corners with automated feeding with screws, hydro-pneumatic cutting device for ferrules, measuring system and a drilling set for corner ferrules. In connection with Siegienia envelope ferrules, it provides stable and reliable connection of the frame and a window wing.

The stage of glassing and calibration

At the next stage, the windows are glassed and closed with window pane ledges at the tables with hydraulically regulated table tops profile where resistance rolls were replaced with riveted rolls for transport creating a specific roll course for transport of windows at the calibration stand, where finished windows undergo final regulation and quality control. The production potential aviable above makes it possible to produce 2500 window units per day while applied technical and technological solutions give finished goods which satisfy high requirements of our Customers. profile
