Departmen of Production of Integrated Window Panes at the "Bajcar" enterprise deals with the production process exclusively based on the order of an internal client – Technological Department. The process of realization of the order is held on a basis of internal standard of the enteprise and is accomodated to its specification. Paticular activities of the production process are planned and realized in a double cascade system.

Cutting and breaking of glass panes

profile Cutting and breaking of glass panes is a highly automated activity which is held under control of operators of the automatic machine for glass cutting. The automatic machine is set electronically. Cut glass panes are broken into formats which are divided into especially prepared and marked storage stands, thanks to which full identifiability of the cut pieces with the production order documentation is provided which eliminates the risk of an error.

Polishing of the glass on the edge of the soft surface glass

This process applies exclusively to the sections of soft surface glass. It comprises removal of a layer of a silver oxide, known as "thermo layer". This activity guarantees adhesion of the organic binder with glass.

Cutting of sections of distance frames

profile Cutting of sections of distance frames is done at the same time as the above mentioned processes of glass cutting and breaking. This process is held at a separate stand and comprises cutting of a profile of the distance frame sections set up in the production order. The cut frame sections are arranged on the frame as to provide full identifiabiloity of the frame elements with the documentation of the production order.

Washing of glass formats

profile This activity is highly automated and realized by a washing mashine equipped with a closed system of washing liquid and its treatment station. The machine operator puts formats of glass on a roll conveyor which transports the format to the washing head and then receives the washed format from the machine and transfers it to a control stand.

Assembly of distance frames

profile This activity is realized at a mechanized work stand equipped with the feeder of a drying medium.The machine releases the desiccant, which by means of gravitation fills up the frame scetion which is fixed into it. At the same time the automatic machine shapes the finished product by bending the frame section into the preset multigon.. The assembled distance frame is placed on a transport stand whose construction and marking provides full identifiability of the element with the order.

Putting of the organic internal sealing material (putty)

profile Putting of the internal sealing material on the distance frame takes place on a separate work stand. The machine operator leads the edge of the distance frame along the feeding head covering its surface of contact with the glass format with the even, homogenous and uninterrupted column of sealing material (putty).

Integration of the glass set

profile This activity is realized at a mechanized work stand equipped with a clamp press. Operating staff at the work stand of glass integration places the distance frame with a layer of internal organic sealing material onto the format of soft surface glass. The automatic machine puts at it another format of glass according to the production order. This kind of integration of the glass set is then clamped in the press where the pressure required for reaching the adequate surface of contact of the sealing material with glass and a distance frame is obtained with specific thickness of integration.

Filling of the air void pocket between glass panels with gas

Normally the air void pocket of the isolated integrated glass is filled with a neutral gas – argon. It is possible to fill the void with special gases which have impact on improvement of parameters of use concerning thermal and acoustic insulation.


Sealing of the edge of integrated glass

profile This activity comprises filling of the external space of the integrated glass set limited by the external surface of the distance frame and the edges of the glass pane with the external sealng material used in double ingridient integration. After this operation, the finished integrated pane is put on transporters.
